All ingredients are prepared and cooked on site; the company does not out-source any of its operation. Food hygiene and food safety has been put as top priority in the back house operation. The company has its own temperature controlled food transportation vehicle as well as insulated carriers to preserve food quality. Refrigerator temperatures are monitored daily. The open design kitchen enables customers to see for themselves how food is handled and prepared by our kitchen staff.

At Jackpot Dining we pay special attention to food quality. To ensure we serve only the best to our valued customer we source our material directly from local farmers and butcheries. None of our raw material has been sitting in a middle man's freezer for months on ends. Our noodles are delivered daily by the local noodle maker (they are based in Fortitude Valley). Our vegetables are either sourced from the Brisbane Market every morning or delivered by the farmers.
